Job Summary

HERS Advisors have partnered with a major multinational law firm who are looking for a Litigation Practice Assistant to work in their Orange County California office (hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of the firm!

Requirements for a Litigation Practice Assistant:

4 years of litigation experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Experience with document management systems.
Experience with electronic signature software programs.
California state and federal court experience is required
Bachelors degree preferred.
