Responsibilities include drafting and proofreading legal documents conducting research managing case files maintaining client communication coordinating meetings filing legal documentation and ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
Qualifications - Strong drafting proofreading and editing skills for legal documents and correspondence.
- Experience in managing case files document organization and maintaining task deadlines.
- Proficiency in coordinating attorney schedules meetings and client communication.
- Knowledge of trust and estate planning including familiarity with legal terminology and processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software including document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a legal team.
- Bachelors degree paralegal certification or equivalent legal assistant experience preferred.
