RA Hoy a NearU Company is seeking a reliable and hardworkingHVAC Install Assistantto join our installation team with residential HVAC system installs and replacements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a long-term career in the HVAC trade while learning hands-on from experienced installers.
What Youll Do
Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations and replacements
Help set indoor and outdoor equipment ductwork and accessories
Load unload and organize tools equipment and materials
Ensure job sites are kept clean organized and safe
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Support quality checks to ensure installations meet RA Hoy expectations
Communicate professionally with team members and customers
What Were Looking For
Interest in learning the HVAC trade and building a career
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Comfortable working in attics crawlspaces and outdoor environments
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
Strong work ethic positive attitude and dependability
Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus but not required
