Job Summary

Mechanical Design engineer required at Design company in SA. Company specializes in the design of Military Vehicles for the overseas market. Design in SA and manufactured abroad. Mechanical Engineer required with a B. Eng./ BSc. degree and design experience on Products. The applicant we are looking for must be passionate to become a FEA and FEM specialist. Passionate about simulation and mechanical mathematical modeling.

Mechanical Engineer required with a passion for Finite Element analysis and Modelling needed. International client base. Excellent pipeline of projects.

Qualification and experience required:

BTech/BEng (Mechanical) and 1-3 years experience working in a mechanical design position.
3D CAD design skills
Sincere passion and interest for FEM andFEA
Ideal person will have proven skills in any of the following packages: Nastran Partran Dytran Apex Adams

Responsibilities:

Will do FEA/ FEM on all development phases from research and development to design and manufacture through to testing and evaluation of systems.
Simulate systems and components
3D Design on Military Vehicles
Compile feedback presentations and technical reports
Participate in design reviews
Provide proactive feedback about designs based on outcomes of analysis

You will interpret results and compile reports for feedback
