About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented German-Speaking Medical Devices Support Advisor to join a specialist international team in Porto Portugal a charming and dynamic city on Portugals northern coast increasingly popular among international this role you will provide expert support to German-speaking customers and healthcare professionals regarding medical devices ensuring they receive accurate timely and high-quality assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound contacts from German-speaking customers patients and healthcare professionals regarding medical device products and services
- Provide clear accurate and empathetic guidance on product usage troubleshooting and technical queries
- Escalate complex technical or clinical issues to the appropriate specialist teams in a timely manner
- Accurately document all customer interactions and case details in the CRM system
- Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory quality and data protection standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
- Stay up to date with product knowledge updates and industry developments
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- Proficient level of English
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of empathy and patience
- Interest or background in healthcare medical devices or life sciences is a strong advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive customer interactions professionally and discreetly
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and documentation skills
- Previous experience in customer support technical support or a healthcare-related role is beneficial
