Dutch-Speaking Betting App Support Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Dutch-Speaking Betting App Support Specialist to join a fast-paced and dynamic international team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking users of a leading betting application helping them navigate the platform resolve issues and ensuring they enjoy a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone email and/or live chat from Dutch-speaking betting app users
- Assist customers with account-related queries technical issues deposits withdrawals and general platform navigation
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant internal teams where necessary
- Ensure full adherence to responsible gambling guidelines and company compliance policies
- Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Stay up to date with platform updates promotions and product features to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- Proficient level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first attitude with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shift-based environment including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in customer support gaming or the betting/gambling industry is an advantage but not required
