100% accountability for internet lead performance and appointment results
Building and coaching a results-driven BDC team
Enforcing follow-up processes with zero excuses
Driving response times under 10 minutes
Improving show ratios closing ratios and overall digital conversion
CRM management reporting and performance tracking
Working directly with Sales Management to hit aggressive volume targets
What It Takes
Proven success managing automotive internet/BDC operations
Strong leadership presence you lead from the front
Deep CRM knowledge and data-driven mindset
High urgency high accountability high standards
Ability to recruit train and retain top performers
