Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IFS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Warranty CPQ Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting IFS Applications (IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10) working closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective system configurations.
This role requires hands-on experience with IFS Sales and/or Warranty modules deep functional knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations and the ability to support integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement configure and support IFS Applications (Sales and Warranty modules)
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into IFS functional configurations
- Develop and maintain CPQ logic rule-based scripting and configuration models
- Support sales order management warranty claims service contracts and customer engagement workflows
- Provide functional expertise in manufacturing processes BOMs and product lifecycle management
- Support supply chain operations including procurement inventory control planning and logistics
- Collaborate on ERP CRM and PLM system integrations
- Conduct functional testing UAT support and issue resolution
- Prepare functional documentation training materials and user guides
- Act as a functional SME and support post-go-live activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Bill of Materials (BOM) and product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Hands-on experience with logic-based rule development and scripting in CPQ tools
- Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications Sales and/or Warranty modules
- Strong knowledge of sales processes warranty management service contracts and customer workflows
- Solid understanding of supply chain management including:
- Procurement
- Inventory management
- Demand planning
- Logistics and distribution
- Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 10 (preferred)
- Experience working with ERP CRM and PLM integrations
- Ability to convert functional requirements into system configurations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication collaboration and documentation skills
- Ability to work with technical teams business users and senior stakeholders
