Location: Hybrid (Columbus Atlanta Nashville or Dallas; Remote may work also)

Role Summary
This Business Analyst position sits within the Communications Media & Technology (CMT) group focusing on the integration and optimization of Salesforce and Varicent platforms. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to conduct requirement analysis and process mapping for Sales Performance Management systems. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in Varicent configuration and Salesforce administration to support business goals in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to analyze and document needs.
- Configure and optimize Varicent to align with business process requirements.
- Perform business system analysis specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Support Agile Product Development cycles and project management.
- Map as-is and to-be business processes to drive system improvements.
- Varicent: Expert level (P4) including configuration and management.
- Salesforce: Extensive experience in Business System Analysis and Administration.
- Experience: 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Certifications: Active Salesforce Certifications.
- Agile Product Development
- SQL
- Business Process Analysis Tools (Expert Level)
- Strong communicator capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptable to hybrid work environments and collaborative Agile teams.
