Commercial Sales Representative About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Sales Representative to grow our commercial division through outside sales and proactive lead generation. The ideal candidate is outgoing hungry for success and brings a strong understanding of the design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new commercial leads through cold outreach site visits networking and referrals
- Manage outside sales activities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients contractors designers and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
- Prepare present and follow up on sales proposals and estimates
- Coordinate with internal design and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track sales activities pipeline and project progress to close deals efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably within construction commercial or design-related industries
- Strong knowledge of commercial sales processes and project-based selling
- Proven ability in lead generation and closing commercial projects
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated outgoing and goal-driven personality
- Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50K
- Commission: Tiered commission structure based on project sales
