KeyResponsibilities
- Update and maintain EQIs website and LMS including but not limited to writing website copy uploading content and products troubleshootingproblemsand responding to customer enquiries
- Schedule and publish social media content in line with agreed content plans and campaign priorities
- Create format and schedule email marketing campaigns using approved templates and systems
- Collate andmaintaindigital marketing data across website social media and email platforms
- Provide coordination and technical support for marketing events webinars and online campaigns
- Research and draft content under guidance including digital posts and sales or conversion-focused content
