The Digital Engagement and Experience Marketing Manager is critical tothis transformation sitting at the heart of ourdigital uplift program. You willshape and deliver our digital and Martech strategyturning insight data and technology into meaningful high-impact customer experiences.
Blending strategic vision with hands-on execution youll drive real change: elevating engagement across channels unlocking the power of our platforms and setting new standards for how Telstra Health engages global audiences. What will I be delivering
About you:
The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of expertise across marketing technology transformation data-driven digital marketing engagement and customer experience optimisation.
You have strong experience ideallygained bothin-house andwithin leading agencies with a proven track record defining and guiding technology ecosystem strategy for large-scale digital and MarTech transformations. Highly regarded for your ability to design architect and optimise complex marketing technology ecosystems you can assess current state and define a clear unified target architecture.
You have led major digital re-platforming or website consolidation programs end-to-end and are a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders translating technical decisions into stronger digital performance customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
You bring hands-on experience designing and integrating MarTech stacks building unified customer or marketing data foundations and executing campaigns using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement alongside a strong understanding of enterprise SEO through platform change.
