The Opportunity:

Join our Strategic Engagement team as a Digital Specialist crafting our digital presence and driving website innovation. Manage all aspects of website production from content creation to launch and optimisation. Collaborate with colleagues and external web agencies.

We seek a self-motivated passionate individual dedicated to the role and our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director Partnerships & Engagement and the Head of Marketing & Communications on Berry Street Yoorallas digital strategy.
  • Develop and execute website strategy aligned with marketing and fundraising goals.
  • Lead collaborations with external web agencies for seamless website updates.
  • Create compelling website content such as blog posts and landing pages.
  • Support stakeholders in content management for a cohesive web presence.
  • Utilise data insights to improve and optimise website performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
  • Track and analyse website metrics to monitor key performance indicators.

You will bring proficiency in:

  • Experience in digital content design UX and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS management preferably Craft CMS and Microsoft Dynamics.
