BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seekingDirect Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in and around Union County PA. BAYADAs special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

NO HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE NO PROBLEM! PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! As an apprentice youll get paid a competitive wage while you train and gain skills to help people with I/DD such as autism cerebral palsy and Down syndrome. How Youll Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming basic hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the clients favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
  • Preferred but NOT required!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
