Job Summary
Technology Integration: Create solutions to streamline educational workflows andintegrate various technologies such as Canvas Zoom and CourseKey with Support: Provide support for students and faculty onboarding ensuring asmooth transition to the institutions technological Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of online courses includingasynchronous and other instructional delivery modes (IDL).Engagement Tracking: Train and track engagement levels in the classroom utilizingvarious educational tools and and Analysis: Prepare and present weekly reports analyze data to createactionable insights and develop dashboards in Power BI for management to observesystem data and compliance in Development & Backend Integration: Design and deploy custom APIs and backendservices to sync Microsoft 365 Canvas Zoom and Dynamics 365 with the SIS ensuringsecure and efficient data Support: Provide exceptional support to client universities addressing userqueries and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless operation ofeducational 365 Administration: Manage user accounts security groups TeamsSharePoint and permissions across Microsoft 365 using Azure AD and the Microsoft 365 Admin 365 Customization: Develop business logic and flows within MicrosoftDynamics 365 to streamline institutional workflows and integrate with the Automation: Design and implement custom workflows using Microsoft PowerAutomate to automate manual tasks across education Practices: Advise clients on best practices for student engagement and the use ofLMS methodologies to enhance the overall educational experienceBachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or related or foreign equivalent with 12 months experience in Education Technology to include Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS) support resume to:
