Job Description
- Manage residential real estate files from title review through closing in a fast-paced high-volume practice
- Review title commitments and surveys; identify resolve and clear title issues (curative work)
- Draft and review purchase/sale agreements deeds affidavits closing documents and related instruments
- Coordinate with lenders agents buyers/sellers and internal title/closing teams to keep deals moving
- Represent clients at closings and ensure smooth execution of transaction timelines
- Provide practical guidance to clients on Florida residential real estate issues and risk points
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 2 years of residential real estate transactional experience (title review closings required)
- Comfortable managing multiple files at once while staying accurate and client-focused
- Strong writing document review and communication skills with a get it done mindset
- Professional presence with clients lenders and referral partners
