Job Description

• Manage residential real estate files from title review through closing in a fast-paced high-volume practice
• Review title commitments and surveys; identify resolve and clear title issues (curative work)
• Draft and review purchase/sale agreements deeds affidavits closing documents and related instruments
• Coordinate with lenders agents buyers/sellers and internal title/closing teams to keep deals moving
• Represent clients at closings and ensure smooth execution of transaction timelines
• Provide practical guidance to clients on Florida residential real estate issues and risk points

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 2 years of residential real estate transactional experience (title review closings required)
• Comfortable managing multiple files at once while staying accurate and client-focused
• Strong writing document review and communication skills with a get it done mindset
• Professional presence with clients lenders and referral partners
