- Ability to provide effective communication interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Clear and pleasant telephone personality.
- Provide excellent customer service.

- Must possess a reasonable degree of typing word processing and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic organizational skills good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to speak read and understand the English language.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer HR main phone line and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist vistitors.
- Oversee the reception area ensuring it is organized and presents a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Facilitate I-9 completion for new hires.
- Provide clerical support to Human Resources as needed including data entry filing and managing correspondence.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Work with frequent interruptions maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer.
