Were looking for a Human Resources Manager who loves building teams strengthening culture and creating systems that help people thrive. This role is both strategic and hands-onperfect for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and jump in when the Brew Crew needs support.
What Youll Do
As our Human Resources Manager youll serve as a trusted partner to leadership and a champion for our team members across cafs production and corporate operations.
People & Culture
Foster a positive inclusive and values-driven workplace culture aligned with Buddy Brews mission
Act as a go-to resource for employees and leaders on HR-related questions and support
Support employee engagement retention and development initiatives
Talent & Growth
Oversee recruiting hiring onboarding and offboarding processes
Partner with managers to ensure the right people are in the right roles
Support performance management coaching and professional development
Operations & Compliance
Manage HR policies procedures and employee handbook updates
Ensure compliance with federal state (Florida) and local employment laws
Oversee benefits administration workers compensation and leave management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Leadership Support
Coach managers on best practices for leadership communication and accountability
Assist with conflict resolution employee relations and corrective action when needed
Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth
What Were Looking For
35 years of HR experience ideally in hospitality retail food & beverage or multi-location environments
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication skillsclear kind and confident
High emotional intelligence with a genuine love for people
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable building processes
Ability to balance empathy with accountability
SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or similar certification is a plus
