What Are We Looking For
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Director of Corporate Development to lead all M&A initiatives at SentinelOne. This role reports directly to the Chief Corporate Development Officer & Head of S Ventures and plays a critical part in shaping the companys long-term growth strategy. You will own the full M&A lifecyclefrom opportunity identification and evaluation to negotiation and deal executionpartnering closely with the executive team and core functions to ensure strategic alignment. The ideal candidate brings strategic acumen financial expertise and a proven track record of closing complex technology transactions.
What Will You Do
- Drive strategic alignment by partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders across the business to shape and execute inorganic growth strategies.
- Own the end-to-end deal process including sourcing target engagement financial modeling business case development valuation negotiation due diligence and executive support.
- Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence identifying key risks opportunities and strategic fit across functions.
- Partner with the M&A integration team to ensure smooth handoff and successful execution of post-close value drivers.
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring
- 10 years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in a transactional role with direct responsibility for deal execution.
- Background in M&A or Corporate Development within high-growth or enterprise technology companies; experience in investment banking strategy consulting or private equity strongly preferred.
- Strategic Relationship Building Proven ability to cultivate influence and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders executive leadership and external partners to drive outcomes.
- Executive Communication Clear confident communicator skilled in distilling complex information and presenting to senior audiences including C-suite and Board members.
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen Strong financial modeling valuation and business case development skills; able to apply strategic judgment and data to evaluate opportunities and risks.
