Job Summary

Tasks
- Support daily logistics and supply chain operations
- Coordinate shipments deliveries and returns with freight forwarders and couriers
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices packing lists delivery notes customs documents)
- Track orders and deliveries ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Communicate with warehouses suppliers and internal departments (sales finance customer service)
- Maintain and update logistics data in internal systems
- Assist with inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Handle logistics-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support cost control and process optimization in logistics operations
Requirements
- 2 Years Experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience working with 3PL warehouses and external logistics providers.
- Good understanding of customs procedures international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent in English and Turkish language
