Executive Assistant
Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager
- Assist the General Manager in their daily duties and ensure the effective coordination of executive office activities
- Manage the General Managers calendar appointments and meeting coordination
- Coordinate daily schedules manage appointments and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
- Assist in tracking action items and remind departments of upcoming deadlines
- Assist the General Manager in preparing reports on department performance and guest satisfaction
- Support internal communications reports presentations and project documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage correspondence
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university
- At least 2 years experience in executive assistance with well-developed operational follow-up skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Familiar with luxury hospitality dynamics and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong listening note-taking and organisational skills
- Strong representational skills and versatile communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Advanced time management and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt flexibly and quickly in a dynamic environment
- Residing in Fethiye or able to relocate to Fethiye
