Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end architecture and interior decoration projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards while coordinating teams vendors and clients.
Tasks
- Design plan and oversee interior and architectural projects
- Develop innovative and functional design solutions
- Ensure high-quality project delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Project Management or a related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Minimum of 7 years experience managing complex architectural or interior projects
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Proven expertise in project planning scheduling and execution
- Full budget ownership cost control and financial reporting experience
- Advanced risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder client and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
- Strong communication negotiation and decision-making skills
