Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth

Manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting

Oversee financial reporting and analysis

Lead and develop a team of finance professionals

Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Collaborate with other departments to drive business decisions

Manage financial reporting (monthly quarterly annual)

Ensure compliance with GAAP IFRS and regulatory requirements and company policies

Prepare and coordinate audit and tax processes

Improve financial processes systems and internal controls

Manage accounts payable receivable and reconciliations

Support management with financial analysis and insights

Requirements

BSc in Accounting or finance related courseMBA or equivalent

5-7 years of experience in finance leadership

Professional qualification (ACA ACCA or equivalent)

Proven track record in financial management and leadership

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Experience with financial systems and ERP software

Attention to detail and deadline-driven

Strong financial analysis Excel and reporting skills

Benefits

Salary Range: N500000 - N600000 per month.
