A qualified practitioner who can deliver consistent nurturing care and bring confidence within a therapeutic environment. Youll role model best practice support safe routines and contribute to care planning education support and behaviour management.

The Oaks (4-bed): active home supporting younger children
The Elms (2-bed): calmer home supporting older children towards independence

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality physical and emotional care
Support education wellbeing and positive identity
Assess and manage risk in line with plans and policy
Maintain accurate records and information handling
Contribute to care programmes reviews and structured routines
Support behaviour management and safe practice (including physical intervention when proportionate and necessary fully trained)
Work in partnership with families and professionals

Driving Requirement (Essential)
Full UK Driving Licence is essential plus business insurance and use of your own car for work.
