Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with development teams to design implement and maintain Java-based applications and full-stack solutions.
Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project management and team collaboration.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements provide project updates and manage expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide team members in technical best practices and career development.
Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Java-based web frameworks (e.g. Spring Hibernate).
Extensive knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. Angular React).
Proven experience with database management systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD integration (e.g. Jenkins Docker).
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
