Job Responsibilities
- Identifying & launching of new products under base metals segment.
- Conducting primary research with industry to identify products which deserve price discovery.
- Seeking active taking feedback on existing products to make suitable modifications for better acceptability of the contract.
- Establishing relationship with industry participants Corporates and Trade Associations on a long-term basis.
- Increasing participation resulting in greater trading volume in existing metals listed on the Exchange.
- Imparting of knowledge of product group contracts trading strategies to members associations corporates through seminars and webinars.
- Understanding of warehousing operations logistics and tax aspects.
- Preparing & updating of promotional material that would include website PPTs brochures and other collateral.
- Timely tracking of national & international exchanges for developments in the product group.
- Maintaining the documents related to the product groups and documenting feedback received from members/markets are maintained in a systematic manner.
- Managing all documentation and reports required by regulator from time to time.
- Be instrumental in facilitating IT systems to simplify tracking of routine business needs.
- Co-coordinating with various departments for improvisation of existing contracts & launching of new products
Experience
- MBA with 6 years of minimum experience in physical metal markets.
- Excellent understanding of the non-ferrous metal value chain.
- Understanding of aspects leading to branding of metal.
- Acquaintance with producers / consumers / traders / agency business.
- Excellent Analytical and advanced Excel skills.
- Should have strong writing skills and should be a great communicator.
