- Drive membership growth and hit monthly sales goals
- Deliver exceptional new member onboarding
- Responsible to create an environment that motivates and inspires all to achieve their goals.
- Oversees membership sales facility tours and member retention
- Achieve self-generated lead targets monthly
- Manage lead pipeline to drive conversions
- Maintain studio cleanliness appearance and safety
- Develop first-name relationships with members
- Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and community groups
- Increase conversion rates and achieve retention goals
- Drive client referral program
- Participate in 2 training sessions weekly
- Oversee all day-to-day operations and studio performance
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years proven sales leadership in Health & Fitness industry
- Personal Training Certification CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required
- 3 years management experience
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs
- Comfortable learning new software such as MindBody Online Loyalsnap etc.
