Job Summary
Hiring: Operators – Compression / Coating / Granulation
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Department: Production – Solid Oral Dosage (OSD)

Job Responsibilities
Compression Operator
Operate tablet compression machines (single rotary / multi-station).
Perform in-process checks such as weight hardness thickness and friability.
Carry out changeovers cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to cGMP and SOP requirements.
Coating Operator
Operate coating equipment (auto coater / conventional coater).
Prepare and handle coating solutions.
Monitor coating parameters to achieve uniform coating and desired yield.
Complete batch documentation as per SOP and GMP standards.
Granulation Operator
Perform dry and wet granulation activities.
Operate RMG FBD multimill sifters and blenders.
Handle material dispensing drying blending and transfers.
Maintain records and follow SOP GMP and safety guidelines.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Hands-on experience in solid oral dosage manufacturing.
Good understanding of GMP GDP and safety practices.
Exposure to regulatory audits such as USFDA WHO or EU is preferred.
Willingness to work in shifts.
