Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for a part-time Custom Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at our Sedalia MO location!

Position Overview:
Were seeking a Custom Fulfillment Coordinator to support our Marketing team by managing custom print orders sales supply fulfillment and inventory coordination. This role plays a key part in keeping commercial and internal print jobs moving smoothly from quote to shipment.
What Youll Do
Commercial Sales Support
- Answer phone calls and emails from territories regarding custom print requests.
- Prepare quotes for custom print jobs as assigned.
- Complete all required paperwork for production and shipping.
- Track commercial and in-house print jobs through the production process.
- Troubleshoot order production or shipping issues as they arise.
- Support additional tasks as assigned.
Sales Supply & Fulfillment
- Answer phone calls and emails related to Sales Supply orders.
- Maintain Sales Supply inventory both physically and on the website.
- Fulfill and ship Sales Supply orders accurately and on time.
- Complete required shipping documentation.
- Maintain Photographer Shirt inventory.
- Assemble fulfill and ship convention kits and materials.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
- Dependable team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.
A plus if you have:
- Experience with order processing fulfillment inventory or customer support.
- Familiarity with shipping processes or production coordination.
