Job Summary
The MIS Coordinator is responsible for collecting analysing maintaining and reporting data to support management decision-making.
The role ensures accuracy consistency and timely delivery of reports while maintaining databases and information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect compile and analyse data from various departments
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management
- Maintain and update databases and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and confidentiality
- Coordinate with departments to resolve data discrepancies
- Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible
- Monitor KPIs and highlight trends gaps and anomalies
- Maintain documentation for MIS processes and reports
- Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas)
- Knowledge of databases ERP systems or MIS tools
- Power BI (Basic to Intermediate level)
- Macros / VBA knowledge (added advantage)
- Experience in Supply Chain E-commerce Logistics or Warehouse MIS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple reports

Mandatory Skills
- Advanced Excel (Power Query Pivot VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Index-Match Conditional Formatting Dashboarding)
- RWOS (Warehouse system reports extraction & automation) Netmeds Owned ERP
- FYND NMS Dashboard SAP exposure Netmeds Owned ERP
- Experience preparing operational dashboards & tracking KPIs
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure 100% data accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Power BI (Basic to Intermediate level)
