Job Purpose Description
Job Context: The purpose of this job is to extent support to Sales and channel partners. This includes log in complete customer applications to contribute to speedy issuances render defined services to the customers at the branch level be a SPOC for Channel Partners in furnishing renewal & lapse information to help augment renewal income of the branch handle all admin and front desk related activities of the branch including visitor handling and provide sales support to Sales team and Channel Partners to coordinate for requirements with branch sales force.
Job Challenges: Influencing Sales to adhere to the rules & log in complete applications without exceptions even during month ends or days of Mass logins.
No response from Sales in terms of requirements once an application is logged in the system and is pending for issuance.
