Job Summary

Profile:MIS Executive-Wellness-Surat-25k

Experience:1-3 years preferred

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

Collect compile and manage data from multiple sources like sales team accounts marketing logistics and online platforms
Prepare detailed MIS reports (daily weekly monthly) covering sales inventory returns (RTO) distributor data product performance and marketplace data
Track important business metrics like sales value ad performance customer acquisition cost returns and overall growth
Create and maintain dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets for easy tracking and real-time visibility
Consolidate data from platforms like Amazon/Flipkart seller panels analytics tools logistics portals and internal teams
Support marketing team by sharing ad campaign data (ROAS ACoS etc.) and maintaining performance trackers
Track performance of digital channels like Google LinkedIn etc. as required
Ensure all incoming leads from marketing are properly recorded and shared with the sales team
Maintain proper systems formats and SOPs for reporting and data management
Identify errors or gaps in data and improve reporting processes
Regularly check and verify data accuracy before sharing reports
Work closely with different teams to ensure timely and correct data flow

Qualification: / BBA / Any Graduate
