Project Overview

The SAP PA/OM Consultant will support the SAP HCM landscape focusing on Personnel Administration and Organizational Management. The role supports BAU operations while contributing to change integration and future-state readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain SAP PA and OM modules
Deliver system changes enhancements and configuration updates
Support integrations between SAP HCM Payroll and Time systems
Participate in requirements gathering and functional design sessions
Ensure data consistency across HR and payroll processes
Support testing activities and defect resolution
Maintain functional documentation and configuration records
Support knowledge transfer and transition readiness activities

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience as an SAP PA/OM Consultant
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration and OM
Experience in integrated SAP HCM environments
Understanding of Payroll and Time dependencies
Strong communication skills with HR and IT stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience supporting HR system migrations
Experience in global or multi-country HR environments
SAP HCM PA/OM certification
