Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Project Overview

The client is operating an existing SAP Payroll and Time landscape and is in the early stages of a multi-year payroll transformation program. The role focuses on supporting the current SAP environment while contributing to transition and knowledge-transfer activities for a future payroll solution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of SAP Payroll and Time
Resolve payroll and time-related incidents issues and defects
Deliver change requests enhancements and configuration updates
Support requirements gathering documentation and solution design
Collaborate with HR Payroll and business stakeholders
Support payroll testing activities including unit testing and UAT
Assist with knowledge transfer and transition readiness activities
Ensure payroll processes comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements
Work with global teams across multiple time zones

Location:

India (Bangalore 3 days/week onsite)

Malaysia (Selangor 1 day/week onsite Fridays)

Philippines (Remote with potential travel)

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management

Payroll experience in at least two of the following countries:Brazil Canada United States France Germany

Solid understanding of payroll schemas rules and processes

Experience supporting production payroll environments

Proven experience delivering change requests and enhancements

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in global multi-cultural environments

Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience supporting payroll transformations or migrations
Knowledge of additional country payrolls
Experience in large complex payroll environments
SAP Payroll and/or Time certifications
