Job Summary
- Lead requirement gathering and solution design for NetSuite implementations
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules including:
- Financials (GL AP AR Fixed Assets)
- Order-to-Cash
- Procure-to-Pay
- Inventory & Supply Chain
- Design workflows approvals and business rules
- Prepare functional specifications solution documents and user training materials
- Support UAT go-live and post-implementation support
- Develop and maintain customizations using SuiteScript (2.0 / 2.1)
- Build and manage:
- Workflows
- Saved searches
- Custom records and fields
- Reports and dashboards
- Design and implement integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
- Support data migration imports and system integrations
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize NetSuite performance
Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience
- Proven techno-functional expertise (configuration development)
- Strong understanding of ERP and accounting principles
- Experience working with US / global clients
- Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator Consultant Developer)
- Experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency setups
- Exposure to SuiteCloud Platform
- Prior experience in managed services or long-term support engagements
