About the Role:
As an Influencer Marketing Executive you will be responsible for executing influencer-led campaigns across IIDEs categories and audiences. You will work closely with brand social and creative teams to identify the right creators ideate content coordinate execution and track performance.
This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong creator understanding content sensibility operational discipline and comfort working at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Research shortlist and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram YouTube LinkedIn etc.)
Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end - from outreach and briefing to execution and closure.
Work with brand & social teams to ideate influencer content aligned with campaign goals.
Manage influencer communication timelines deliverables and approvals
Track campaign performance and maintain influencer performance reports
Build and maintain an influencer database segmented by category reach and performance
Support cohort launches brand campaigns events and always-on influencer programs
Own influencer budgets including content production and external agencies
Requirements
Must-Have
1.53 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media roles
Hands-on experience with influencer research outreach and coordination
Strong understanding of content formats (reels stories YouTube integrations LinkedIn posts)
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Docs for tracking and reporting
Execution-focused detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with education consumer brands or digital-first companies or Influencer marketing agencies
Exposure to campaign reporting and basic performance metrics
Familiarity with influencer tools or databases
Background in marketing communications or media-related education
Required Skills:
Qualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important we care mainly about your attitude your work ethic your desire to learn and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
