Were looking for a Talent Sourcer will drive high-volume sourcing screening and interviewing of job-ready blue-collar candidates across Australia with a focus on maintaining strong compliance and clean accurate candidate records in FastTrack. This role suits someone high-energy and proactive who can work independently with purpose keep momentum in a fast-moving team and confidently reverse-market candidates to different clients in Victoria. Success will be measured by quality and efficiency especially a strong conversion rate from pre screening to hires alongside consistent candidate care and responsive communication.
What Youll Do
- High-volume recruitment including sourcing screening and interviewing job ready candidates within blue-collar industry sector
- Managing online candidate registration paperwork & credential checks ensuring Australian compliance standards is met
- Record management of candidate files including work health and safety immigration & employment history checks
- Candidate care including providing regular feedback recording notes completing administrative tasks & sending SMS alerts
- Reverse market and present active candidates to manufacturing companies across Victoria
- Book interviews and provide administrative support for the Melbourne based team as directed by the manager
- Manage and monitor candidate email inbox

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment. We value demonstrated capability and hands-on experience over tenure. Candidates with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet the stated years of experience.
- At least 1 year of experience hiring blue-collar roles in Australia
- Energetic and lively personality with a strong ability to build rapport connect with people and work independently with initiative
- Must be willing to work onsite in our office in Ortigas Pasig City or any of our other locations (Pampanga Cebu or Alabang)
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct telephone screening and perform daily virtual/video interviews
- Confident in completing and reviewing candidate registration paperwork and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance
- Accurate and timely data entry of candidate files into our database (Fasttrack) ensuring full compliance and privacy standards
- Ability to build strong candidate rapport and maintain an updated availability list of ready now candidates for active job orders
- Skilled in identifying new job leads through job boards such as Seek Indeed and Jora to support reverse marketing of active candidates
- Willing to attend a daily 10:00 AM video meeting to discuss activities and candidates adapting to a highly dynamic workload depending on job volumes
- Regularly review the candidate inbox (email) and action return calls emails or applicant inquiries promptly
