Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead mentor and develop a team of recruiters
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical and high-volume roles across all divisions
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies including talent pipelines and diversity initiatives
- Optimize recruitment processes tools and systems (ATS sourcing platforms assessments)
- Manage employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality of hire)
- Manage new hire job offers and employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and job boards
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business
- 58 years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
- 2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices sourcing techniques and labor market trends
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills
- Experience scaling teams in agile and high-growth environments
- Strong focus on diversity equity and inclusion hiring strategies
- Employer branding and social recruiting experience
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
