About The Client

The company is an industry leader in commercial asset finance based in Bondi Junction Sydney. We specialise in financing new and used commercial trucks trailers business vehicles and heavy machinery across construction farming forestry quarrying mining heavy haulage and transportation industries.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our onshore marketing team in delivering and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role plays a key part in assisting with day-to-day marketing operations with all marketing activities managed through HubSpot and various other digital platforms.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively brand consistency is maintained and performance is tracked and reported.

What Youll Do:
Youll be the kind of person who:
  • Assist the onshore marketing team in executing digital and traditional marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing activities to enhance online presence and community engagement.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts including Facebook Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Generate curate and schedule engaging organic content providing regular social media updates.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures flyers and banners using Canva and other tools.
  • Support the coordination and management of external agencies (Meta Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads CRO SMS Affiliate Email and content creation) ensuring deliverables are met and feedback loops are maintained.
  • Track social media and campaign metrics through HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Compile and assist with regular performance reports providing insights and recommendations to the marketing and leadership teams.
  • Assist with campaign execution across digital platforms managed through HubSpot and related systems.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records within marketing systems.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and assist in implementing innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing activities support broader business objectives.

Requirements

What You Bring:
Were looking for someone who:
  • Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram Facebook TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO Meta advertising and digital marketing platforms (experience with HubSpot highly regarded).
  • Strong eye for visual design and composition.
  • Background in marketing support content creation administration or office systems and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Ability to manage workloads take ownership of tasks and show initiative.
  • Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Confident adaptable and eager to take the next step in your marketing career.

Required Skills:

Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience Shopify Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing and operating a D2C store on the Shopify platform. Klaviyo Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating segmenting and sending marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or a similar email platform. Google Analytics: Competency in using Google Analytics (preferably GA4) to monitor performance and extract actionable insights. Other Skills Required Aligned with companys values Tech Savvy Entrepreneurial and Clever; Passionate about consumer electronics and smart-home technology; Results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets; Highly self-motivated with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making; Excellent communication organisation and time-management skills; Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and 3PL partners; Canva or Photoshop skills for supporting EDMs and promotions preferred; Canva experience is looked up favourably as there will be some asset creation/adjustments required to support the page maintenance of the Shopify store and creation of EDM campaigns in Klaviyo. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for internal reporting purposes highly favoured.
