Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact point for candidates throughout the process
- Coordinate and manage the approval processes within the HRIS ensuring seamless oversight of the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of pre-screened candidates for high-volume roles.
- Manage and optimize job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Education within Marketing Human Resources Business Administration or relevant work experience.
-At least 1 year of experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Action-oriented mindset.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
