JOB TITLE: CRM (Zoho) Specialist/Analyst

SHIFT: FULL TIME; 40 hours a week

RATE: 50k per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho One Specialist / Administrator to manage optimize and scale our Zoho One ecosystem with Zoho CRM as the core system. This role is responsible for system administration CRM hygiene automation using Deluge cross-app integrations and ensuring data consistency across all Zoho applications.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing multipleZoho One apps building end-to-end workflows and maintaining clean reliable data across the entire platform.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho One Platform Ownership

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Zoho One environment
  
• Manage users roles permissions and access across all Zoho One applications
  
• Ensure proper configuration security and scalability of the Zoho One ecosystem
  
• Act as the go-to subject matter expert for all Zoho-related systems
  

Zoho CRM Administration

• Administer and customize Zoho CRM modules (Leads Contacts Accounts Deals custom modules etc.)
  
• Create and manage custom fields layouts workflows blueprints and validation rules
  
• Align CRM architecture with sales marketing and operations processes
  
• Ensure CRM configurations follow Zoho and industry best practices
  

CRM Hygiene & Data Governance

• Own and enforce CRM hygiene standards across Zoho CRM and connected Zoho apps
  
• Ensure data accuracy completeness consistency and proper field usage
  
• Design validation rules and mandatory fields to prevent poor data entry
  
• Identify merge and resolve duplicate or outdated records
  
• Monitor and correct data sync issues between Zoho CRM and other Zoho One apps
  
• Establish and document data governance rules naming conventions and data standards
  
• Conduct regular CRM audits and ongoing data clean-up activities
  

Automation & Deluge Development

Build end-to-end automations across Zoho One using:

o Workflows

o Blueprints

o Schedules

o Custom functions

Write and maintain Deluge scripts for:

o Data validation and enrichment

o Cross-app automation

o API-based integrations

o Custom business logic

Optimize automations for performance reliability and scalability

Zoho One App Integrations

Design and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM and other Zoho One apps including but not limited to:

o Zoho Books

o Zoho Desk

o Zoho Campaigns

o Zoho Forms

o Zoho Sign

o Zoho Analytics

o Zoho Flow

o Zoho People (if applicable)

Ensure seamless data flow and lifecycle management across apps

Troubleshoot sync issues automation failures and data mismatches

External Integrations & APIs

• Integrate Zoho One with third-party tools (payment gateways telephony marketing platforms document tools etc.)
  
• Work with REST APIs webhooks OAuth authentication and JSON payloads
  
• Use Zoho Flow and/or custom API integrations where appropriate
  
• Monitor and maintain integration reliability and data integrity
  

Reporting Analytics & Insights

• Build dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics
  
• Ensure reports are based on clean accurate and well-governed data
  
• Support leadership with operational sales and performance insights
  

Support Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho One users
  
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
  
• Drive Zoho One adoption through best practices documentation and user guidance
  
• Proactively recommend improvements to workflows automations and system design
  
• Maintain documentation for configurations automations and data standards
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Zoho One Administrator or Specialist

Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and multiple Zoho One applications

o Advanced knowledge of Deluge scripting

o Strong understanding of CRM hygiene data governance and system integrity

o Experience with Zoho APIs webhooks and cross-app integrations

o Ability to manage complex automations across multiple Zoho apps

o Strong analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with Zoho Flow Zoho Analytics and advanced CRM blueprints
  
• Experience with external automation tools (Zapier Make n8n)
  
• Experience in Sales Ops RevOps Marketing Ops or Operations
  
• Zoho certifications (Zoho One CRM Deluge)
