We are seeking a People Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing London office and broader European footprint. This position will partner with multiple levels of leadership to develop influence and execute people strategies and programs that enable our ambitious growth.
In addition this role will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to drive hiring excellence workforce planning and a compelling talent brand in London and across Europe.
You will act as a trusted advisor in areas such as leadership and career development performance management organizational design employee relations and engagement. As we continue to expand our European footprint opportunity to assume larger people leadership role for the region.
This role will be based in our London office. Ideal candidates should be local to London with the flexibility to work remotely 12 days per week blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.
