Job Summary
Ted Experience have an exciting opportunity with immediate start for a mystery shopper across London Oxford and Guildford.
Role Overview
Conduct mystery shop visits across clustered retail locations.
Visit retail reps while they are on shift and complete structured feedback after each visit.
Capture required evidence (notes / photos) and log all visits in the supplied CRM/portal immediately after each visit.
Travel across London Outer London Oxford and Guildford (driving required).
Working Pattern
6 hours per day.
MondaySunday
Likely 56 days per week.
45 visits per day depending on proximity of locations.
Visit times vary to match store/rep shifts.
Pay Expenses & Duration
90 per day.
Expenses paid.
1-hour training paid at 15 (training covers CRM use and reporting requirements).
Project duration: approx. 2 weeks.
Start date: ASAP / immediate start (training scheduled prior to first day).
Requirements
Valid driving licence and ability to travel across listed areas.
Flexible availability including weekends.
Comfortable conducting discreet in-store evaluations and uploading accurate CRM reports.
Reliable organised and able to manage multiple daily visits.

Be over the age of 21.
Own and have access to a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance (not required in London)
Has proven sales experience.
Be confident and comfortable engaging with customers.
Willing to travel within a 1-hour radius drive of the designated location.
Be hungry eager self-motivated and target driven.
Have the right to work in the UK.
