What Were Looking For
As a Customer Onboarding Trainer at EROAD you will be responsible for training and development of new customers in Australia and New Zealand. Your duties include creating educational material and conducting training sessions in Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching job-shadowing online training)
- Design and deliver courses workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Drawing an overall or individualized training plan for new customers
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective onboarding and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends developments and best practices

Skills & Required Experience
- Proven experience with customer facing experience in the tech industry
- Deep expertise in adult learning and proven experience in lifting capability and shifting mindsets
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring coaching on-the-job or in classroom training e-learning workshops simulations etc)
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
