Are you a detail-oriented customer service expert who loves owning a process
We are looking for a Customer Replenishment Executive to join the Opal Cartons business in Auckland managing customer service ordering pricing SKU lifecycle management aged inventory management and general customer enquiries for an iconic key account.
This will be a high level customer service and coordination role where you serve as the central hub between the customers needs and our manufacturing capabilities.
You will manage the day-to-day relationship with our customers distribution and marketing teams and be the eyes and ears on the ground spotting risks before they become issues and ensuring every promotion and product launch is executed perfectly.
