Are you a detail-oriented customer service expert who loves owning a process

We are looking for a Customer Replenishment Executive to join the Opal Cartons business in Auckland managing customer service ordering pricing SKU lifecycle management aged inventory management and general customer enquiries for an iconic key account.

This will be a high level customer service and coordination role where you serve as the central hub between the customers needs and our manufacturing capabilities.

You will manage the day-to-day relationship with our customers distribution and marketing teams and be the eyes and ears on the ground spotting risks before they become issues and ensuring every promotion and product launch is executed perfectly.

The focus of this role will be:

  • To manage supply requirements and ensure 100% DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time)
  • Partnering with production scheduling to prevent stock-outs. Manage and report on aged stock and provide inventory transparency
  • Managing set budgets and pricing strategies. Use your commercial business acumen to identify value engineering opportunities and profit improvement strategies
  • Using Dynamics 365 and Kiwiplan to maintain master data and reporting accuracy

What Youll Bring.

  • A background in customer service or customer centric role
  • High proficiency in Excel is a must. Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365) and ERP/Production systems (Kiwiplan SAP or QAD) is highly desirable
  • You need to be a self-starter who asks the right questions and is curious to figure out how things work
  • An obsession with detail; you are the person who notices a forecasting gap before it affects production
  • The ability to influence internal teams (Production Design Warehouse) and maintain a develop a productive and professional relationship with the customer
