Key Account Manager – Bridging & BTL

The Company

Our clientareone of the UKsbest-knownbrands for specialist property finance lending and have expanded withgreat successdiversifyingtheirproduct range significantlyto ensure they can service a broad range of property professional and investor.

A key part of the product set is their bridging finance and BTL offerings complemented by their internal setup thatconsolidatestheir mortgage BTL and bridging teams into a single combined division to foster growth improve broker experience andlendingprocesses.

This division is targeting exciting growth in key areas of the country and now require an experienced & confident Key Account Manager who will lead lending performance and key account relationships in the North of the UK.

Role Overview

AsKey Account Manager you will take responsibility for key broker & lending performancefor the North of the UK including Scotland.

You will plan your regional strategy to segment engage & expand the key accountindexand will continue to work with your longstanding & loyal broker and introducer contacts from the market.

Ultimately therole will be critical inensuring our client achievestheir own lending growthobjectives with the North of the UK noted as a key region for expansion acrossthebridging and BTL product sets.

Throughout you will be ably supported byour clientshighly experienced & proactive operations teams covering case managementunderwritingand credit. This will allow you to focus on what you do best working with your key accounts educating them growingrelationshipsandidentifyingthe ideal lending opportunities that meet the banks appetite.

The ideal individualfor this role will be an experienced specialist lending BDM Key Account Manager Originator (etc) with a demonstrabletrack recordof lending in the bridging and/or BTL sector.

Key will bea strong reputationin the market as you look toestablishyourself within&with key accounts that you have worked with before as well as those that youaspireto work with moving forward.

You will understand what a good deal looks like and will be comfortable when liaising with underwriting & credit as deals progress capable of managing a live pipeline of loans in line with the SLAs of borrowers and the demands of brokers.

You will be comfortable travelling across the region to attend broker meetings and events and will be happy to undertake national travel which may include strategy days atour clientsHQ in London or shows events and awards across the country.

Ultimately youwill be happy to be theface of the north and will be confident in enhancing reputation & performance through activity.

On Offer

Our clientisideallylooking to pay up toc90kas a basic salary relevant to experience. Higher offers may be considered if the talent isdeemedexceptional.

Salary will be complemented by access toanexcellent benefits and bonus package which will significantly increase earnings.

Notably this is an opportunity that may lead to more senior roles withinwhere excellent performance is delivered.
