Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ready to take the next step forward in your career Were looking for a proactive and customerfocused individual to join our team in a key role that directly supports our External Sales function.
About the Role
As a vital member of our Customer Service team youll work closely with External Sales to build strong lasting relationships with our customers. Your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders playing a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What Youll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service across phone and email
- Responding to customer enquiries quickly accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Managing tracking and expediting customer orders
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to create effective customercentric solutions
- Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times

Qualifications :
Experience Requirements
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Order processing experience within industrial setting (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate

- Has a proactive approach and can demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative
- Can communicate effectively at all levels
- Has good accuracy and attention to detail
