Job Summary

Monitor RPA processes execution and performance
Monitor and optimize process scheduling
Perform RPA Level 1 support for issues and requests
Develop relationships with clients and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established support procedures

Qualifications :

Support experience (3 years)
Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)
Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus
Good level in English B2
