Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor Medical Devices

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a specialist international team in Porto Portugal supporting a global leader in medical this meaningful role you will assist Dutch-speaking customers and healthcare professionals with queries related to medical devices including diabetes care products such as glucose monitoring systems helping people lead healthier and more independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact resolution to Dutch-speaking customers regarding medical device products including glucose meters and related devices
- Deliver specialised customer support via phone and written communication channels
- Assist customers with purchasing procedures order tracking and delivery enquiries
- Handle complaints and escalate complex or clinical cases to the appropriate specialist teams
- Ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of quality compliance and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer contacts and case details in the CRM system
- Stay up to date with product knowledge updates and relevant regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- English at B2 level or above
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of empathy and patience
- Interest or background in healthcare medical devices or life sciences is a strong advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and discretion
- Detail-oriented with solid organisational and documentation skills
- Previous experience in customer support or a healthcare-related environment is beneficial but not required
