About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a specialist international team in Porto Portugal supporting a global leader in medical this meaningful role you will assist Dutch-speaking customers and healthcare professionals with queries related to medical devices including diabetes care products such as glucose monitoring systems helping people lead healthier and more independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-contact resolution to Dutch-speaking customers regarding medical device products including glucose meters and related devices
  • Deliver specialised customer support via phone and written communication channels
  • Assist customers with purchasing procedures order tracking and delivery enquiries
  • Handle complaints and escalate complex or clinical cases to the appropriate specialist teams
  • Ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of quality compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document all customer contacts and case details in the CRM system
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge updates and relevant regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
  • English at B2 level or above
  • Strong communication skills with a high degree of empathy and patience
  • Interest or background in healthcare medical devices or life sciences is a strong advantage
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Detail-oriented with solid organisational and documentation skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or a healthcare-related environment is beneficial but not required
