Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist E-commerce Platform

About the Role
We are looking for a customer-oriented and detail-driven Dutch-Speaking Support Specialist to join an international team supporting a leading global e-commerce platform fully remotely from Portugal. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers and sellers ensuring they receive prompt accurate and friendly assistance across a wide range of platform-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers and sellers via phone email and/or live chat regarding orders deliveries returns payments and account management
- Provide clear and timely resolutions to customer issues ensuring a high level of satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Investigate and follow up on complaints escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Assist sellers with platform-related queries listings and account support
- Accurately log all customer interactions and case details in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Stay informed on platform updates policies and promotions to provide up-to-date support
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- Proficient level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is an advantage but not required
